At CRA-YON, we want you to feel confident in your fragrance journey; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or used.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the item in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains secure during transit.

Dispatch the Shipment

Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
